Let’s start today with a simple grounding ritual to set the tone for a calm, energised, aligned day.


Morning Reset Ritual (1 minute)

1️⃣ Place a drop of Peppermint or Wild Orange in your palms.

2️⃣ Rub together gently.

3️⃣ Close your eyes, cup your hands over your nose, and take:

  • 3 deep belly breaths

  • Inhale clarity

  • Exhale yesterday

4️⃣ Whisper to yourself: “Today, I choose peace, presence, and love.”


This tiny moment can shift your whole day — your nervous system responds instantly.
