2️⃣ Rub together gently.
3️⃣ Close your eyes, cup your hands over your nose, and take:
3 deep belly breaths
Inhale clarity
Exhale yesterday
4️⃣ Whisper to yourself: “Today, I choose peace, presence, and love.”
